Mahesh & Vina Jani

Mr. Mahesh C. Jani serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Jani Group of Companies and Ronak Project Development, Ltd., a company listed in Bloomberg Business. Over the course of more than five decades, Mr. Jani has built a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and international business leader, specializing in international trade, industrial development, and large-scale commercial projects.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jani has provided strategic development and advisory services to numerous multinational and Fortune 500 companies across global markets. His work has contributed to transactions and project developments exceeding USD $5 billion in aggregate value. Mr. Jani holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting from Gujarat University, India, and is widely recognized as an innovative serial entrepreneur who has played a meaningful role in New York’s business and development landscape for over 55+ years.

Mrs. Vina Jani previously served as Founder & President of Ronak Capital Corporation, a firm focused on large-scale residential development financing throughout New York State. With a strong background in accounting and finance, she successfully guided the firm to establish a respected presence within the Hudson Valley region. Her disciplined approach to financial oversight, combined with a keen understanding of development economics, enabled the firm to establish a stable and trusted presence among industry professionals.

In addition to her professional achievements, she is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service, actively supporting organizations dedicated to health, education, and human services for underserved communities in both the United States and India. Together, Mr. and Mrs. Jani have dedicated significant time, resources, and charitable support to Rajpipla Vibhag Mitra Mandal (RVMM) association since 1989. Through their leadership in organizing annual community events such as Spring Festivals and Diwali Dinner Galas, they have helped raise funds to support numerous community development initiatives and philanthropic projects.

- Building a ground-up Eye Hospital with an ICU Unit in Rajpipla, Gujarat State. This Hospital offers services to the poor rural communities who cannot afford the similar treatments offered only in the large cities and are more expensive.

- Renovation of Rajpipla Funeral Home (Smasan) in Rajpipla, Gujarat State. Through fund raising efforts, provided funds for a funeral services home to offer free services to the poor, so that needy families may pay their final respect to their loved ones at no charge. This charitable project is on a continual basis.

- Contributions in providing food and clothing for a Boys Orphanage in Rajpipla, Gujarat State, working towards projects in enhancing these children lives, so they gain the proper education and knowledge and be guided to give back to society.

- Donations towards the Renovation of the Rajpipla High School, Gujarat State.
